During our visit, one of our regular customers, a contractor, approached our owner with a load of LED lights. He was in a bind – he needed a certain set of light fixtures for a large job, but couldn’t find what he needed in stock. The deadline for the job was fast approaching.

Now we were not going to waste time waiting or making excuses and justifications and whatever; we were going to resolve this issue. Those lights they needed were 1,000 kilometres away, so we grabbed the car keys and drove.
