Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Eagle Square Lighting & Electrical, we are dedicated to ensuring your orders are processed and delivered promptly. Please take note of the following shipping and delivery guidelines:

All shipping & delivery policies are based on the premise of sending products to business address.

1. Same Day Dispatch: Orders paid in full by 11 am will be dispatched on the same day the order was placed.

2. Same Day Delivery (Brisbane Metro Zone Only): For customers within the Brisbane metro zone, orders paid in full by 11 am will be delivered on the same day by 5 pm. If the payment is made after 11 am, the delivery will be scheduled for the next business day by 5 pm.

3. Delivery Days: Deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

4. PO Box Restrictions: Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

5. Liability: Eagle Square accepts no liability for lost, damaged, or stolen packages, even if the customer authorizes the carrier to leave the parcel(s) at a safe place or a POD provided by the carrier.

6. Changes in Delivery: Eagle Square reserves the right to modify delivery fees and methods without prior notice. If there is a big amount different shipping fees, we will notice customer

7. Delivery Timeframe: While we strive to deliver orders to the nominated address within the requested time, we do not guarantee specific delivery dates. Eagle Square will make reasonable efforts, but we are not liable if the delivery is not made within the requested time.

8. Force Majeure: Delivery and/or pick up may be suspended or delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, stock shortages, accidents, pandemics, natural disasters, and other acts of God.

9. Subcontracting: Eagle Square may subcontract delivery services, wholly or partially, at our discretion.

10. Employee Benefits: All employees and contractors involved in our delivery service are entitled to the benefits, exemptions, limitations of liability, and conditions outlined in these shipping and delivery terms and conditions.

11. Void or Unlawful Provisions: If any part of these shipping and delivery terms and conditions is deemed void or unlawful, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable, as if the void or unlawful provisions have been removed.

12. Residential Overweight & Over Length Charge: For residential shipping cube weight 30kg-100kg we charge $63, for over 100kg cube weight we charge $192. Business address have no charge. For over length product (4FT batten & panel light, 4FT panel frame, 2 & 3 M Track) we charge $25 per carton for shipping.

we will contact on receipt of your order, should you be required to pay any additional delivery charges. If you wish not to pay the extra freight as required the order will be cancelled and you payment will be refunded in total.
