Warranty & Returns Policy at Eagle Square:
Product Warranty:
- Eagle Square offers a product warranty limited to the replacement or repair of products found defective under normal usage, as determined by Eagle Square.
- For products under $50, customers need to send a photo or video of the issue for a replacement without returning the item.
- For other claims, if items need to be returned, Eagle Square will arrange free pick-up of faulty items before sending replacements.
- Warranty claims can be made in-store, online, over the phone, or via email at service@eaglesquare.com.au.
- Customers must keep the faulty product until the warranty claim is finalized, along with the original invoice for proof of purchase.
- Using a different driver with Eagle Square Lighting products voids the warranty; installation by licensed electricians is recommended.

Change of Mind Returns:
- Returns due to change of mind must be made within 30 days of purchase, and we will charge for real shipping cost we paid for this order.
- The value of the goods will be applied as a store credit to the account within 24 hours of return, and customers will receive an automatic notification email.
- Store credit can be used immediately for purchases.
Refund Requests:
- Refund requests for change of mind are available for applicable products in resalable condition, including packaging.
- Customers must email service@eaglesquare.com.au with company name, mobile number, order number, and reason for refund.
- Refund requests may incur applicable fees, including pick-up & shipping costs, restocking fee (5% of the original purchase price), and no returns for products specifically excluded in the listing.
- Refunds can also be provided as store credit to avoid the restocking fee.
- Refund requests will be approved within 5 working days, and the refund will be processed within 5-10 working days after approval.
Damaged Goods During Delivery:
- Claims for damaged goods during delivery must be made within 5 working days of receiving the goods.
- Any customer modifications void the product warranty.
